	On August 15, during the International AIDS Conference in Toronto, leaders in the field of harm reduction and of communities of people who use drugs and who lives with HIV/AIDS will sign Declaration of Unity "Harm Reduction and HIV Prevention: Solutions for the Twin Epidemic". The declaration calls for concrete actions to address the world fastest growing HIV epidemic - the epidemic among injecting drug users.
