AIDS Foundation East-West (AFEW) is looking for a Regional country Director for the Russian Federation.

Overall job objective:

•           To ensure the successful implementation of the all AFEW projects in Russia

•           To firmly establish AIDS Foundation East-West (AFEW) as one of the leading international non-governmental organizations in the field of HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, care and support in the Russian Federation.

Tasks:

•     To further develop the organizational structure of AFEW in Moscow, plan and fill all related positions accordingly

•     To manage recruitment, selection, dismissal, (de-)briefing, evaluation, career planning and training of AFEW staff in close co-operation with the HR officer

·          To define fundraising goals and targets in the form of an annual Fundraising Plan, together with the  Director of Operations and Programmes
