EHRN is searching for a consultant, who would develop the EHRN Strategic Plan.

Goal:
To develop a Strategic Plan for the Eurasian Harm Reduction Network

Tasks:
    * To evaluate progress related to previous plans [by reviewing of past
    * strategic documents, reports and through interviews with steering committee
    * members and other key stakeholders] and produce report. (maximum 10 pages)
    * Define an outline of the new strategic plan document. (to be approved by
    * EHRN Strategic Planning Working Group)
    * Prepare agenda for strategic planning session (2 days)
    * Facilitate strategic planning session. (2 days)
    * Draft strategic plan document.
    * Incorporate steering committee feedback on draft strategy document feedback
    * (this should be small matters of clarification since the document should
    * reflect consensus reached during meeting.)
    * Provide guidance to secretariat on developing an action plan based on the
    * strategic plan.

Deliverables:
    * Strategic plan document outline
    * Plan for gathering feedback/ assessing needs
    * Feedback/needs analysis summary document
    * Draft strategic plan document
    * Final strategic plan document
    * Action plan outline

Qualifications:
    * Experienced with strategic planning
    * Good facilitator
    * Experienced with planning for networks
    * English: spoken and written proficiency is required
    * Russian: spoken and written is preferred
